We were tasked with rebuilding the careers and providers sites for Lifepoint Health, designing and developing a platform tailored for healthcare recruitment. The project involved integrating multiple job feeds and optimizing performance to handle a large volume of postings across numerous facilities. One of the core challenges was ensuring that busy medical professionals could quickly and easily find positions relevant to their specialties and locations, which we solved through streamlined search filters, intuitive navigation, and fast-loading results. Despite a very tight timeline from concept to launch, the project was delivered on schedule, resulting in a user-friendly experience that efficiently connects the right talent with the right opportunities at Lifepoint Health.
